Lead Salesforce Consultant

  • Lead member in establishing Cultivate, Atrium's social good program, in 2019. Organized the growth of the program through into 2022, focusing on forming partnerships with non profits, company sponsored volunteerism and philanthropy, and encouraging, supporting, and highlighting individual volunteerism.
  • Assisted in establishing a connection with an external, remote mentoring program in order to leverage Atrium's amazing employee base and facilitate giving back to underrepresented communities in technology.

  • Implemented High Velocity Sales customization and enhancement. Trained client support team on advanced functionalities and release strategies. Worked closely with Salesforce product teams to partner to extend functionality to meet advanced customer requirements.
  • Designed and implemented a new Lead and Opportunity management process, tailored and customized to client specifications, using a household account data model and low-code automation functionality. Executed data migration and translation of client data into new greenfield implementation.
